Funko Pop Vinyl
The history of the creation of Funko Pop! is not very well known. It was in October 1998 that Mike Becker, accompanied by two friends Rob Schwartz and Sean Wilkinson, began creating "bobble head" figurines in his garage. After several trials and errors they managed to acquire some licenses for well-known brands. It was in 2010 that the idea of small vinyl figures with a big head and beautiful round eyes sealed the popularity of Funko Pop! The Funko Pop! were finally marketed in 2011 at the Toy Fair in New York and became a big Pop Culture success.
